Dr. Moseley teaches undergraduate and graduate HCA courses on the US health care system, health services management, the long-term care system, cultural diversity and the US health care system. He has published peer-reviewed journal articles on the quality of nursing home care, quality improvement in the public health care sector, gambling behavior among the elderly and community hospital health promotion services.
