Dr. Gerstenberger teaches courses in Environmental Toxicology and Environmental Health. His expertise in environmental toxicology and reclamation offers opportunities for students to further their knowledge in the areas of environmental transport and fate, human and wildlife health effects, endocrine disruption, and behavioral toxicology. His current research focuses on compounds such as PCBs, perchlorate, lead and mercury.
